Got 500 error on first time create company

Today, I just created account and when setup company profile all done (looks somehow cannot upload logo), then back to dashboard when click on it redirect me to 500 Internal Server Error.

We have a problem, now we have configured CLP (Chilean peso). and when we record the income and expenses everything goes well, but when we see the summaries they appear with 4 extra zeros to the left....
