For the second time in a week, my account has been disabled. I can login but immediately I click on any feature, I get logged out immediately. I created a ticket the first time it happened and I was told my account was disabled and it had been reactivated so I could get back in. No reasons were given as to why even after I pressed. Then I did another export of transactions and I got disabled again. Now I have put two and two together and correlated the disabling with the transaction export. My account is still disabled and I have opened another ticket. Waiting for a response from technical support. Has anyone else experienced such behavior from the system?
This looks like a security trigger in Akaunting, not a normal bug.
Repeated exports can flag the account as suspicious activity, so it gets auto disabled.
Only support can confirm and whitelist your account. In your ticket, mention timestamps of exports and ask if there’s a limit or restriction.
Meanwhile avoid repeated exports until they clarify.
