Setup wizard after 3.1.18 to 3.1.19 update

I recently installed Akaunting 3.1.18 on my unraid server a few days ago. I went through the initial wizard setup and got everything entered and configured. I changed the environment variable AKAUNTING_SETUP from true to false.
A few days later I got notified that there was an update. After I updated the Akaunting app from 3.1.18 to 3.1.19, I now get the setup wizard again when I try to access the GUI. After I complete the setup wizard, I can't enter invoices or bills because I get a warning that states, " Action Required You have reached the maximum number of companies allowed for your plan". I backed up my db before the update and I have restarted the Akaunting image to akaunting/akaunting:3.1.18 and restored my mariadb from the backup, but I still get the wizard and run into the previously mentioned issue. Am I missing something? I have tried deleting all traces of the Akaunting app and reinstalling to the 3.1.18 version, clearing my cache as suggested by some, also running in incognito mode and I still run into the same issue. I really don't want to reenter all my data again! I welcome any advice you guys may have! Thx.

I think I've resolved my issue. After A LOT of tinkering, I added the following environment variable to my UnRaid Docker installation of Akaunting.

APP_INSTALLED: true

This seems to bypass the wizard and just takes you to the login screen. If you go through the wizard it adds a new company. The 'On Premise free" version of the application only limits you to one company. There is no easy way that I can see to remove the 'extra' company through the GUI afterwards, so avoiding the wizard is the best route.

The only thing that I'm still confused about is what is the difference between APP_INSTALLED and AKAUNTING_SETUP?
