May I know why the invoices printed out copy or downloaded copy different with the print preview image?

The version 2.1.31 core is compatible to database of 3.0.1?

Unable to create new invoices after updating the contacts.

Unable to create new invoices after updating the contacts. I have just updated the contacts name. When I click new invoice, the page remains blank. whats the issue?
